Usually Mysore Bonds/bajji is made of refined flour/maida, curd and baking soda are the main ingredients. But the ingredients should be in an appropriate quantity and the mixing, fermentation time is very essential for the fluffy and spongy Mysore bajji.
You can prepare the batter on the previous night and use on the next day morning.but you need to leave the batter for at least 30 minutes before you keep in the fridge and take out from the fridge before 1 hour.
