Gulab jamun are soft delicious berry sized balls made of milk solids, flour & a leavening agent. Gulab Jamun is one of the favorite dessert dish of our family. This is one easy method of making Gulab Jamun.

I used store bought MTR Gulab Jamun Mix to make this dish.It’s so easy to prepare. First step is to make sugar syrup. I used 2 Cups of sugar with equal quantity of water.It was perfect for us. *** Note *** ========== - Always keep in mind to deep fry in medium flame. If not the inner dough will not be cooked. Soak these jamuns for at least 8 hours. But soaking overnight will give best results.
